In 2010, the United States Fire Department Racing Team started out in North Carolina as a small team with a simple idea: to honor our nation’s heroes. We were trying to make it into the Craftsman Truck Series, and while we were doing our thing, we started getting phone calls from firefighters, volunteers, and local racers from as far away as California. They saw what we were doing here in North Carolina and wanted to be part of it. We welcomed them on the team, and having those drivers represent us around the country was the most enjoyable part of the journey.

Back then, without being in the truck series, we couldn't get the national exposure needed to truly support the drivers who joined us. At that time, we were all chasing a spotlight that was only held by the television networks. But the world has changed. As the United States celebrates its 250th Birthday, we have realized that our mission is no longer about chasing the highest levels of visibility through traditional media. We don’t have to go after the networks anymore—we can do it ourselves.

We are bringing the team back with a new mission to provide a national service for the American Racer. We are leading by example to show what can happen when we stop waiting for a corporate spotlight and start building our own spotlight.
Across America—from the tracks tracks and rodeo arenas to the RC courses—we are stronger when we stand together. We use the power of social media to grow our brands from any local track in the nation. Our mission is to support one another. When a teammate in one part of the country drives traffic to this site, it helps the visibility of a teammate on the other side. This platform is here to steer fans to your Social media and merchandise.

By strengthening the team, we grow our individual brands together. We are here to provide this for teammates who feel they have something to offer and have a genuine desire to support their fellow Americans and racers. We appreciate you taking the time to learn about our history.
